CNC precision cutting ensured uniform dimensions across the entire batch of 2,800 sheets. The ±0.2 mm tolerance minimized visible gaps during wall panel alignment.
The lightweight property of 1 mm extruded acrylic (density ~1.2 g/cm³) reduced manual handling effort during installation. Double-sided PE protective film helped maintain surface condition throughout sea freight transportation and on-site handling.
During installation, the contractor reported stable alignment across adjacent panels due to consistent sizing. The lightweight sheets allowed easier manual positioning and adhesive bonding onto MDF structures.
Upon delivery, no significant scratching or reflective distortion was observed. The mirror finish provided uniform decorative reflectivity suitable for cosmetic retail environments.
